Yes, booking is required. Please ensure that the relevant health and safety forms are filled out before arrival. If you are unsure of the exact date and time, you can book Amendable tickets, which can be changed later if needed.

All ages are welcome at GLOBALLS. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. A waiver (health and safety) form is required for all participants. Over 12s can play without supervision but must have a form filled out in advance. If the form is not completed, the child will not be permitted to enter, and the booking may be lost. For an adult-only experience, Zootopia is for over 18s only from midday on Saturdays.

Anyone can make a booking. However, if the person is under 18, a waiver must be filled out by an adult on their behalf. Without the appropriate form, entry will be denied, and the booking may be lost.

Upon arrival, arrange yourselves into teams of no more than 5. You will receive your equipment and a briefing before being admitted to the course as soon as the first hole is free. Larger groups will be admitted one team at a time. Booking slots are at 15-minute intervals, and small groups may share time slots. Booking times cannot be guaranteed due to over-runs, but we will admit you as close to your time as possible. Tickets are non-refundable.

Yes, every member of your party, except for children aged 2 and under, needs an admission ticket. This includes spectators and carers. We offer a concession ticket for participating carers and complimentary tickets for those providing essential support only.

Yes, we offer a ‘Hag package’ for these occasions. Please note, we are a family-friendly venue, and drunk or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. Antisocial customers will be asked to leave without a refund. Book the Zootopia course, which is over 18s only from midday on Saturdays, for an adult experience.

Occasionally, we offer promotional discounts with our advertising partners. These are not combinable with package deals. Check our “Packages” page for special offers.

Yes, we have a hearing loop, bendable clubs, and staff assistance available. Call us on 01273 911510 with 48 hours’ notice for wheelchair arrangements or assistance.

We are located at Brighton Marina on the ground floor next to the ASDA petrol station.

Alcoholic drinks can be taken on all courses, but only on Aquatica from 6pm. For all other courses, alcohol is permitted from midday. Please order at reception.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you think you might need to change your booking in the future, please book the Amendable tickets. For any changes, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Once a booking has passed, we will not be able to make any amendments.

Yes, our courses are suitable for all ages.

  • Aquatica: Features a ball pit and slide, aimed at younger children.
  • Jurassic: Focused on golf, considered intermediate.
  • Zootopia: Aimed at adults, includes a ‘ball blaster’.
  • Carnival: Best for competitive spirits.

Please note, the Jurassic course includes stairs to one of the holes.

Time slots can accommodate up to 12 players. For larger groups, book adjacent time slots. For example, for 16 players at 2pm, book 12 people at 2pm and 4 at 2:15pm. Groups will be split into teams of 5 for health and safety reasons.

The duration depends on your group’s size and competency. A round typically takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

We do not accept cash or American Express in-store. All major cards are accepted via our booking system.

Yes, complimentary tickets are available daily for recipients of DLA (Disability Living Allowance) or PIP (Personal Independence Payments), intended for carers providing essential support. Email manager@globalls.co.uk to apply at least 48 hours before booking. A discounted admission ticket is available for carers with Compass Card or I-GO cardholders, bookable with a full-paying admission ticket. Relevant ID is required.

All our courses are wheelchair accessible, but not all holes may be playable depending on the wheelchair and individual. Specific details for each course are listed in our accessibility guide.

  1. Limit groups to 5 players per hole.
  2. No club sharing.
  3. 6-shot limit per hole per player.
  4. Do not start play until the previous group has finished.
  5. Play each hole in turn; do not cut in front of other players.
  6. If the ball goes out of play, replace it on the fairway and take a 1-stroke penalty.
  7. Move your ball 1 clubhead away from obstacles.
  8. Do not climb on models.
  9. Do not swing the club above your knees.
  10. Do not let children walk across other players’ games.

We have a parking area for pushchairs, though space is limited on the courses. Consider bringing a carry car seat or baby sling for small babies. Toddlers can walk around and use special plastic clubs (subject to availability). Pushchairs are left at your own risk, and lockers are available for valuables.

One winner will be selected at random from entries received on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram. UK entries only. The prize, as notified in the competition post, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
